What does slowed + reverb do?

A slowed + reverb edit reduces playback rate so duration grows and pitch falls, then adds decaying reflections around the new timeline. SoundTools exposes both stages: linked slowdown from 0.6× to 0.95× plus reverb mix and decay, followed by peak protection before local export.

A real local processor, not a decorative upload box

Linked resampling + feedback reverb DSP runs after you choose a source and explicitly start the operation. The audio samples remain in browser memory; SoundTools does not send the selected media to an application endpoint.

Set the slow rate first, then add wet signal and decay. A lower rate already increases density, so long decay and high wet mix can mask detail quickly. Results remain available for preview and download only in the current tab. Closing or refreshing the page releases those temporary objects.
